What payment option do you use?

We use the following payment methods: Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express.

Do you ship your products outside the country?

We only ship to locations within the US.

How soon can I expect my delivery?

Orders usually take 4-7 days to be delivered after shipping.

What is the shipping rate?

Your shipping rate will be disclosed at checkout after choosing your carrier (FedEx, UPS, US Post Office).

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order only if manufacturing hasn’t begun. If, however,  your order has been processed for manufacturing, then you will not be able to cancel.

Can I change my order?

Yes, only if manufacturing has not begun. If, however, the terms for customizing your doormat have been agreed to, and your order has been manufactured, you will not be able to make any more changes.

Can orders be picked up?

No, we sell through the online store only. Our physical address is for manufacturing only.

Do you ship to PO. Boxes?

No.

What is the return policy on customized products?

You may return your mat for any reason within 7 days of receiving your mat.

Please note: return shipping costs are not included, and a 15% restocking fee will apply.

What is the warranty?

Your doormat comes with a 1-year warranty coverage for fading and overall construction of the mat.

What is the maximum number of characters available for use?

13 characters.

Can I use symbols in my customization?

Only the “&” and the “-” symbols are available for use.

What languages can I use for personalization?

We offer personalization only in English.

What words can I use for my personalization?

You can use the first and surnames and some alias. No profanities or obscene words are allowed.

Do you charge sales tax?

Yes. We charge Kentucky sales tax of 6%.
